冷不死人的第十馬
一到會場整裝完即使戴上袖套外加風衣還是冷爆了
出了隧道後腳覺得慢慢被凍到都僵了
上了獅頭山路上開始覺得穿風衣很悶就脫了(幸好有戴袖套)
一路不敢停下來就怕會很冷,所以也沒吃任何補給,就連能量包也只補充一次,要開GU手也僵到無法開,只能很粗魯的用嘴咬,有時抓水還抓不住都掉了,也就懶得再抓,就算了.
25k開始覺得有要爆的感覺,速度就慢了下來,手越來越冷(開始邊跑邊搓手),因為一早醒來就下大雨,所以決定把索康尼有排水孔的跑鞋帶去,其實心裡早有底這是很冒險,畢竟之前穿這雙鞋跑半馬到最後小腿跟腳底都會酸,要跑全馬實在沒把握,不過反正最近都沒什麼在練也跑不快,不會起水泡比較重要.
果真30k真的爆,到了33k乾脆去尿尿,尿完好像又復活了,不過又回到上上下下的橋然後再回到獅頭山,天殺的,整個大爆炸,只能慢慢歸了…………..
很開心終於回到隧道了,可是我突然有快昏倒的感覺,可能是一路只有補充一包GU跟一點水,天啊!好怕昏倒在終點前,趕快放慢速度慢慢跑出隧道,吸了新鮮空氣好多了,終點就在眼前,順利達陣^^
