跑八卦馬為了去領10馬獎,今天腳的狀況跟上禮拜新竹馬一樣,左腳背傷沒好,右腳筋膜炎,策略還是右腳前掌落地,左腳全足落地,放鬆心情歡樂跑馬
9點過後天氣熱到爆,10點後根本就是烤人肉,幾乎快中暑,尤其是20到28K長上坡真令人煎熬啊...
還好一路上補給還不錯,歡樂跑馬吃吃喝喝非常棒
鳳梨汁超讚、冰愛玉、西瓜、橘子、滷豆干、魷魚絲、小番茄、香蕉、蜜番薯、小點心、煎餃、豆漿、一路上吃得好撐啊,飽得讓我在35K後幾乎快跑不動,36K折返大上坡,走很大,曬了34K終於有4K的遮蔭了,在這裡根本不想走出樹蔭因為超級涼爽,哈
眼看時間一分一秒過,還是要趕在430前回終點吧。
,最後回終點4:28分完賽,今天真是一場記憶深刻的山地馬。
